Try using the Fedora Atomic installer, if it works you can rebase, and if it doesn't I suspect it will fail the same way and we've ruled out it being our issue and can help you debug further
I've seen this happen when testing using VMs only a couple times and it was when my disk was really busy. I'm wondering if something is going goofy on occasion depending on the hardware being installed to or the USB disk doing the actual install. I haven't been able to figure out exactly where that problem is.
for context, I'm trying to overwrite an existing Bazzite installation, but I'm deleting the partitions that it created and letting the auto partitioner do its thing so no idea why it doesn't work
Okay I installed bazzite to a single drive, and now it just seems to hang in-between after the displaymanager gets loaded in, but before the login screen. @nickname Is Bazzite really compatable with running on a desktop?
