SIt's easier to grill through plastic than steel, the only downside is that you needed a lot more of volume

RWhen setting up trim binds for the Apache, are you supposed to dual bind your force trim button between Telem and DCS, so they use the same button
AShouldn't need to. Dcs apache does force trim + ffb natively. Rhino's own force trim function is for sims/modules that don't do it correctly.

NThere's no trim button setting in TelemFFB for DCS since that is handled natively by the sim. As Adsforce pointed out, the hardware trim in configurator is meant for use with sims that don't have such functionality and/or aren't handled by TelemFFB
JThanks a lot! Haven't been using the WIP version before - makes things much more comfortable to adjust! Is there any way to find specific values for the Trim Gain Physical setting for individual aircraft types?

Ngood find! was it failing hardware or a bad memory OC?
SNo OC applied for this test, so I'm thinking failing hardware. I suppose I need to narrow it down to a known good stick and test every slot to make sure I don't have a motherboard problem.

RLooking at the spec list, the main things that stuck out to me was a higher peak torque, by quite a bit. But more expensive as well, starting at 900 EU

RConsidering my 3rd most flown module is the bf109, and it was notorious for requiring excess of 60lbs of pull lol

Nsounds like you'd need a concrete subfloor and 1/2" lag bolts to secure the damn thing to the ground. Maybe when Gorilla Wrestling 2025 comes out and I want my arms ripped of "for realism".. I'll consider needing those forces.

FOnly real use for large force is longer arm, but with blf04 at 6:1 I already have too much force with a 55cm arm...

B'Stable' version of telem ffb compared to the wip is like 1982 flightsim vs msfs 2020.

NAFAIK it works. You just have to enable the separate FFB setting in its special settings and make sure the FFB curve sliders on the same page are 0.

TLet me ask the same question but in a broader sense…. Coming from a Honeycomb Alpha yoke, if you could choose the best all-around grip, what would it be? Primarily for MSFS but I could see delving into the DCS world. Want to learn helis and of course still fly GA.
II'm ~80 Rhino's away from salvation. I didn't select any adapters when I did my pre-order form, can I change that when my order comes up?

Ayou should be able to go through a separate form when your turn is up (if i remember correctly) and you can pick everything you need then
Pif you want just one grip I would either get; VKB MCGU, Virpil t-50cm2 or Constelation Alpha, Winwing F-16 + EX extension. VKB needs the VPforce passthrough adapter which imo is a good thing as you can still use the powerful vkb config software, Virpil is plug & play with the Rhino & WW needs an adapter but will then work with RHino base. Either one of those three grips will give you the most function, apart from a few aircraft like the Kiowa you'll be able to cover every single keybind on any hotas grip.
