Tlutris is recommended yeah. we also have winezgui preinstalled. then there's also bottles, heroic, the itch launcher has a wine runner built-in too (but i hear it may not be that good)
SLutris is definitely the best for normal usage in my opinion. I've tried all of them and Lutris was easily the most intuitive and clean looking in my opinion. I liked Heroic but it just wasn't my cup of tea.

Tthanks but the only known compromised distros were Debian Sid and very specific builds of Fedora Rawhide that were known as "Fedora 41"
