NI can't for the life of me figure out why frame limiter (from performance sidebar) in gaming mode stopped working in 40. I assume this is a gamescope limiter. Any ideas how to try and debug it?

DMaybe I misconfigured sddm? I changed the theme yesterday from the fedora one to the default kde one but I didn't think it would cause problems
