WAccording to someone on Reddit when I mentioned the lack of fans and the Brunner that overheats easily he said his Moza wheel base never overheats and the motor has a large heatsink on them so shouldn’t in this case either, but I don’t know, there’s two of them in this compared to the one in a wheelbase.
I tend to agree on that though as I have a Fanatec DD2 wheelbase so a much stronger motor and that never overheats.
Also saw a few comments on the Rhino’s fans being very loud when they kick in, wasn’t happy to hear that.

LAlso MSFS 2024 should have more FFB features, at least that's what has been said

They're fairly new to the consumer public, and had a crowdfund project up on Indigogo for their yokes.
They're close to fulfilling Yoke orders, with current projected shipment according to shop page being end of July.
They are situated in China.

VAnother neat thing about their yoke is you can upgrade from a cls-60 to a cls-120 by just buying a new motor

JGranted one big difference between Flitesim and VPForce is track record. No one has hands on the yoke yet, the Rhino is tried and true
LA lot of these issues are on the size of marketing teams. Different example, but you can see how Pimax has really rough marketing as most of the org is dedicated to the engineering side. Varjo is ironically larger even if from a consumer perspective less people know about it.

JYeah, though it is suspected one dev may get those features working at some point, the absence of them makes it too hard a sell for me to justify buying; I already have an Index and Quest 3.
LAlso the fresnel lenses but, depending on how good they are (haven't tried them), it might be better than low quality aspheric or pancake lenses. And that age old debate about how much light can get through the lens

LYear of FFB. At least with SimApp we kind of know what to expect from winwing's implementation for better and worse
JYeah in a market stagnant for innovation and 'new' types of products, FFB will by default be far more exciting than anything else announced
JThis year's FSE gets an 11/10 from me so far
