LIf you could try and get anything out of them while on the floor that would be great. Something to at least say the project isn't dead
JLooking at the schedule it doesn't look like we can expect any presentations from Virpil or VKB. Virpil will have a presentation at their own booth, and focus on their new Cadet lineup.

IYou know what, I honestly think we can likely thank Walmis for all these new sticks. Companies no doubt saw how well his base was selling and decided to finally jump back into the market.

Athere's no doubt that whatever FFB is in a few years it's largely thanks to vpforce
Athey proved that it can be done and there's interest because it's awesome
II still think VPForce will be the top dog. The software is what makes these sticks great. The configurator and TelemFFB are works of art.

LI agree. At some point sim community would need to erect a memorial somewhere for Walmis as a FFB pioneer.
NSome of the more magical things about TelemFFB's capabilities are due to walmis adding functionality to the firmware that is not part of the standard DirectX API. Which is why TelemFFB talks to the Rhino at the driver level and not via DirectX, which is also why it doesn't work with other FFB devices.

II was sold the moment I hopped into the UH-1H and it felt exactly like the real one I flew.
IWas an eye opening moment and I knew I had made a good purchase.
IForce trim on or off, the stick forces and feel was near identical to the real Huey.

SHello everyone. Due to time issues and no more free time for me I decided to sell off the kits that are in the making at a reduced price and then stop doing that.
I have 2 kits ready to ship and a few more that i ordered parts for and are in the making.

BHonestly thought winwing was a year out, 
Bwill be interesting what the impact will be once these release, I'm suspecting there might a big drop off on the queue for rhino's....
BAlthough does make sense to come out with this stuff right before the launch of msfs 2024.
VI wish there were more manufacturers working on yokes haha. So far I think it's just Brunner, simionic, and flitesim.com
RMy biggest curiosity is how all these different systems will work compared to the rhino. I’d be interested in a direct drive and all metal construction. I’ll never sell my rhino it’s a collector item, atleast to me. The software and work done by all in this discord is amazing. I feel like vpforce started the ball rolling and the next year will be the year of ffb. If I’m honest I’d love to see an all metal rhino with largest motors etc. special edition so to speak. It’s great to be a right simmer.

NSeveral folks are already using the large motors in DIY bases....
RI’m not a diy when it comes to electronics etc. I’d rather buy a finished product. I built my sim pit and I build my pc’s. I also build rifles etc but small electronics and such I’ll leave to the experts. A super rhino would be very cool. Truly some of the best parts of the rhino is @Number481 work on teleffb and @walmis awesome development.
