RQuestion, is Game Mode from Steam optional feature? I am planning to install Bazzite on my new laptop in the near future, and I am not sure if Game Mode can be disabled on first boot for Bazzite

Aafaik it is officially supported, but it may be easier to turn it off if you dont really need it

Ait probably matter in windows, like some anticheat need it turn on, in linux said anticheat doesn't even bother running

KSwitching to 'scaled by the system' instead of letting apps scale themselves in Display Settings seems to have fixed my scaling issues in docked mode, no idea if it's going to break stuff in handheld mode though

WThat should work. Next time you start steam it will reinstall but your games and other stuff should still be there
BAnyone know how to create a desktop shortcut to an executable? The right-clicking and create a link doesn't work when moved to the desktop.
