Iquick question, does bazzite on the steam deck support steam beta client features like new steam families? on the steam gaming mode overview it says it's unsupported, does that mean you can only use stable client or simply that it's not a bazzite issue
Mit should be able to? I haven’t tested the steam families feature but I can use the recording beta without issue via the deck beta client.
KSteam is totally separate, you can use any beta you like

JIt's pretty intresting that bazzite doesn't come with zsh out of the box

KI wouldn't call them issues, these are just differences
Ii use nixpacks and devenv however
KBazzite is an atomic image, things are just done very differently
Tyeah this is just fedora atomic desktop but gaming packages/tweaks out of the box

II mostly want to install a window manager at some point to replace gnome, but i suppose at that point I could just fork the template right?
SWell if you want to install a lot of weird shit not in brew nor flatpak and you don't want to use a container, then yeah this would not be the distro for you
