.desktopso we have a patched switcheroo where the behavior is fixed
KWe ship a patched switcheroo, so what should be happening is your card is determined to be discreet and then selected as the default for things that request it like Steam
KFor some reason though, as you pointed out, yours is unknown and not properly marked
KSo that may be a bug in switcheroo?

KThe good news is you have the environment variables right there, so you can just copy those into a Steam desktop file
KAnd skip the whole switcheroo thing
KThis may be something that needs to be patched in switcheroo, but given the nature of Quadro as less of a gaming card that might not happen
