Olike someone left an e-scooter kinda sticking out in the road, and if a good samaritan tries to roll it forward out of the way, it'll play a little siren and try to back up on its own to get back to its original position

KIt's pretty common here. Most garages do it cheap. Winters where I live get to -50, you can't use spring/summer/autumn tires in that crap.
Pno they just take it to a regular tyre service place and murder all the witnesses
