Honestly what I find the most odd is how it's so selective on what's affected, if it was like a display driver issue or something, I would expect everything to have the problem.
Hell, even if it "only affects the desktop" or something I would expect the ENTIRE desktop to be affected, not just one part like the icons/wallpaper while the taskbar including it's icons and so on are completely untouched and to also only happen in Nested Desktop but not normal Desktop. It's such a bizarre rendering bug.
