Hessentially we should keep nvidia and nvidia-legacy both on proprietary for a bit before we flip the switch on nvidia to use the open kernel module, this gives people on older nvidia images time to catch up and get the silent rebase logic in for F41, and it gives us time to test

DSounds like it should have been packaged as nvidia-beta so things didn't automatically update
