HImo, it’s really compact for what’s in it.
CIt's pretty amazing to turn it on the first time and feel how smooth it is. Sometimes I turn it off just to feel the cogging and switch it on to feel the magic.

Rthe telemetry app doesn't see dcs for some reason
Rdcs is very much open and running the 64
L2nd downside is loopback doesn't bring over any axis information. It's just buttons and POVs.

Rgot it. dcs was disabled by default tho it looked enabled at first. And apparently i gotta have the telem app open before i run even open dcs

NNot true... the very first time you enable DCS support, it adds its entry to your export.lua and installs its export script. DCS may require a full restart after the first install (though I don't think it does) but at a minimum, you will need to restart the flight. If a new version of TelemFFB includes an update to the export script, you will need to restart your flight if active, but do not need to restart DCS.
You can start TelemFFB whenever you wish. Before or after DCS start, or even while already in flight.

DHi. Just tried MSFS for the first time with Rhino. In the manual it said to unbind the axes in the sim if I want to use force trim/autopilot trim. But when I do that, no control input is detected in MSFS. So I had to bind the rhino to aileron/elevator axis. But then force trip didn’t seem to work even though I have checked the box in the app. Can anyone help?
DYou must download TelemFFB and check the "axis control" in the effects tab

DYeah you must do that for all new aircraft. And I recommend you to create a config file when loading the aircraft (sorry words are missing and I'm full occupied now

NNo, don't bind them in MSFS.. it will conflict with what TelemFFB sends and your controls will flutter all over the place. You can set the default for MSFS to "control axes" in the global/offline editor. Then you will not have to enable on each specific aircraft... Easier to record a clip than describe the individual clicks :)...

RWow. I'm really surprised at the Hz/frequency that the motors are capable of
RI didn't expect them to mimic haptic feedback for different effects. Very awesome
FThe FFB config seems to forget the settings every time I use it. Periodic effects are at 100%, so I set it to 30%, save it, store it, close it, restart the computer and FFB config - and there we got: 100% on the periodic. What do I miss?

THow plug and play is the VP base? I fly IL2 Great battles DCS and Warthunder is there going to be alot of setup time involved in these games or am I going to be able to enjoy the Rhino with little time and effort?
CYes you just need the adapter and it works as normal. The VP base takes a little setup to get right, so more than just a true plug and play. But I found it more intuitive than the VKB software. You can tune it exactly to your like, so if you can use VKB software it shouldnt be an issue to use the rhino.
Telemffb is worth installing as it provides more and better effects than IL2 and DCS provide natively. Once you have it all set up, it is an experience like no other.

CAlso I would worry about the loop back software for the VKB grip. I saw it on the manual the first time I set it up. I have never needed it.
TI'm not sure if i need or want the thow limiter that walmis offers? I currently use the VKB gunfighter with MCG grip that has the 8inch extension I'm very happy with the throw amount that I currently have with the gunfighter I'm not sure what distance that is though so does anyone have any advice?

Fyou can get a limiter afterwards or just limit the throw via software afterwards
DI have a 10cm extension and I limit via the soft (configurator)
