Due to my seat slider lever I would have to install the rhino a bit away from the seat (the stick/shaft would be like 8 cm away from where the thigh support ends)

Ideally the stick would be the same or similar height, but offset 8-10 cm towards the closer end of the box (the one with a gear)

Yes, there are various offset extensions you can find. Either purchase from your grip supplier, or else 3D print one yourself from your design or somebody else's existing design.

The Production Rhino comes with 10mm Belts afaik. Plus clearence on both sides - lets say 20mm total. The Kit-Rhinos use 15mm belts,

If the body is 180 mm and doc says body + belt is 205 then the belt has to be 25 mm but it seems like a bit too much so something is off

Make sure it's fully powered via DC plug and e-stop switch is on (motors are running), the fans are one on the opposite side of the pic and one on the rear.
