MCould someone please measure how far is the center of the connector from the closer end? Seems like around a third of the way, so 7-8 cm
FYou can try to argue that you need 10 weeks to configure the device and then start playing at Christmas... 
MThat is a fair point though, I assume getting this to be perfect for a given sim/plane of preference is some work
Hif you mean in the horizontal plane, it is exactly 6,5 cm on the short end and sides (not accounting for the belts).
H11,5 to the long end. The Body of the Rhino is 180 190 (sorry, memory fooled me) by 130 and the Gimbal is 130 by 130.

HThe Production Rhino comes with 10mm Belts afaik. Plus clearence on both sides - lets say 20mm total. The Kit-Rhinos use 15mm belts,
HI turned my Rhino 90 degrees to have a short side without belt close to my chair for that very reason......

MI mean the distance from left end of the belt to the center of the stick
MIf the body is 180 mm and doc says body + belt is 205 then the belt has to be 25 mm but it seems like a bit too much so something is off

MI won't really be able to use the quick release I found sideways, and I will need it... But it seems that the mounting holes on the rhino are spaced only 0.32 mm differently when turned sideways
MI wonder if that will fit if I keep the QR orientation the same but rotate the rhino. Doesn't seem like too much of a difference

Hno, but I made several custom modifications to my Rhino, including the base plate.
FAs far as I know the qr4rig quick releases have a modular design - that means if you create the plate between the Rhino and the quick release plate yourself (3D printing, wood) you can freely choose placement and orientation (e.g. QRUHD Universal Quick Release Plate Kit (DIY) and using the hex pattern https://qr4rigs.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=24&products_id=140).

Bright of the plate
MCould someone please tell me what is the length of the shaft in the vpforce rhino? Calculating what kind of extension would fit on my setup
MGiven 22 degrees throw every millimeter counts with my setup :p
WMake sure it's fully powered via DC plug and e-stop switch is on (motors are running), the fans are one on the opposite side of the pic and one on the rear.

TI ordered the Rhino's 8020 metal mount. The one side with the 2 bolts is snug to my 8020 but the other side has alot of slop or flex in it. The Rhino will bounce up and down when I stall a plane and it's kind of annoying. I tried placing some small rubber pieces between the metal but it still has slop in it. Should I just try to drill some holes and mount with more bolts? I can't really counter sink is though?
