I had the opportunity to test the Moza Mh16 Grip and would like to buy it. I love the Warthog stick but it wheighs 1.2 Kg. The Mh16 is only 570 gram made of Aluminum. Do you think it works out of the box with the Vpforce Controller like the Warthog as a Generic Grip?

The weight of the Warthog grip isn’t an issue whatsoever though. I use it, and I‘m pretty sure lots of others, too. So if you worried that the weight would be an issue for the Rhino - you don’t need to.

It is an issue when you mount it with a long offset extension on a Motion Rig. Lot of work for the Motors, less agility difficult to recenter the stick with Motion active. I didn't now that they stole a source code. Only talking about the Stick, not the Base since I already build 3 Vpforce Bases. My question is, will the Stick that is compatible with a Thrusmaster Base, also work with the Vpforce controller? If it is forbidden to ask about Moza then sorry about that and forget my Question.

I‘m using the Warthog on 20cm gooseneck. (No motion rig though)
I doubt that the motion rig would introduce any issue, but I can’t know of course.

That's nice for you but I had trouble with 1.2kg mounted on a 10 cm offset extension with 15 cm height. Force Trim was not funny with Motion active.

, then it's working fine for me except button 41 and 42. I haven't tried every possible settings/axis though. I use it mostly for DCS. Ka-50 might be one of the module use most out of this expantion.
I agree the naming 'shaker kit' is confusing. I don't care internal vibration motor came with WW joystick niether, while much nicer FFB/telem-effect is going strong.

I still prefer a lighter grip, even on the Rhino. I've used both Realsimulator and Tianhang on a 10cm extension and this was the way to go for me

I don’t use neither of those effects, sorry. I set inertia friction and dampening only once per class (fixed wing or helicopter) in dedicated vp config profiles. And I haven’t tried the low hyd press effect yet.

Not necessarily the configurator but it is where you would change and tune core parts of the stick, don't really see any reason not to

I've been having issues with the VKB adapter, I've tried connecting it to the MK1 Blackbox and MK2 Blackbox, and flashed them accordingly, but I can't use the KG12 grip or the TM Warthog grip (w/VKB adapter)

The blackbox just keeps blinking red which makes sense because it doesnt have a VKB base connected to it, but even with the KG12 firmware uploaded it wont detect the buttons either.

Affirmative, and the Thrustmaster Warthog grip with VKB adapter also works on the original GF base.
I just got it working 2AM last night (which is why I was unable to update here, I was dead tired)

Can chime in I've run multiple FFB peripherals at once, Jetseat + Rhino + MSFFB2, and it works, all the device needs is the game to keep sending out the data any given FFB/shaker needs and it should work, doesnt matter how many ffb units are connected

anyway I found the rumble/shaker stuff on the Rhino itself to be more than sufficient, I see no real need to add a little shaker module to the grip
