DIt's the deadzone of 1 of the settings
DI had put a very high deadzone otherwise I had the same problem as you (maybe the same)
DNo issue without telemffb
DBut issues like you with telemffb on

DBecause I had 1 livery working well and a second one had issue. Number481 recommended me to recreate the telemffb config for this livery (clone one that worked)
HThe livery I'm using is the hems medical. Do you remember which didn't give you an issue?

Nwhat build are you running? Your issue sounds a lot like a known issue on build 83 of the H160 that I've not seen on build 500 of the H145 but Dave (HPG) was surprised they were acting different than eachother. The SEMA values get into a runway state that cause the joystick to chase.

DIf you have an unexplicated "override" on your screen => put higher deadzone values (in axis control).

The most important thing for the HPG Helis and TelemFFB is that your stick properly centers when hands off. If it is not within "hands off deadzone" percent of center, the helicopter will think you are "hands on". The entire AFCS emulation is predicated on knowing when the user is deflecting the stick from the current center point and the only way we can do that is by axis position since we don't have "force" sensing.
