You'll have to troubleshoot your origin more. If you're using a third party web host, contact them. If you're self hosting, check your web server is up and firewall is open, etc. All generic web server troubleshooting steps. Your web server isn't responding on 80/443, but it does ping/seems alive
Hi everyone, Today, I tried to configure a PTR record on DNS. I followed the instructions in the document (https://developers.cloudflare.com/dns/additional-options/reverse-zones/). However, when I ran the command nslookup -x 1.2.3.4 in the Windows command prompt, it returned the result as static.vnpt.vn instead of abc.com. I suspect this is related to VNPT Telecom, but when I contacted their technical support, they told me they had no knowledge of this configuration and advised me to reach out to Cloudflare for assistance. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Please help me. Thanks!
It won't work to create ptr records in the dns configuration for your website/abc.com. If the IP is from your ISP or Host, you'd have to contact them about changing the Reverse DNS
thats also a problem, my ai told me i can use publii with netifily and cloudflare so im trying to do all that with 0 idea about any of that , literally first time i see them
I took over IT for a client. As the final step in the process, in the Google Admin Portal, I reset the password for the admin account. This is the same account I've made hundreds of connections with in the last several weeks - Google has my IP and access history.
Now, I'm locked out - I cannot use the password I changed. Google wants a recovery code or 2FA. The 2FA is not on the IT phone given to me by the company and receiving messages is not an option.
I began trying to verify the domain with google, which needs cloudflare access. Cloudflare login needs a 2FA which - again - is unavailable.
I am in contact with the business owner who is willing to provide all necessary information - billing records, photo id, etc.
How can I talk to a PERSON at either of these companies?
I tried Google's chat feature and the site has an error when I submit the form.
I tried a Cloudflare phone number and it only told me to sign in.
not sure how much they could do in that situation but its worth a shot, google probably can do more but this isnt the right place to ask questions about contacting google nor do i have any idea how one would
