Cannot subscribe R2 object but payment are clear, ERROR 1323

Hi there, currently my R2 object cannot subscribe. The support saying is due to my subscription not paid, and saying I can continue to subscribe now, but I am still failed. Check from the network tab, it said the subscription 403, do you guys face this before

Was asking the Cloudflare support that i cannot subscribe for R2 Storage, but they ask me back which domain that affected...... does cloudflare support know whats going on?
