Thanks a lot for the prompt response, can you please help me with the confusion that the matches I am playing from yesterday which are getting counted under NA server, and matches I play now onwards will get transferred and add up to my Crown 1 rating in Asia or my whole tier will get transferred to NA server ( currently Diamond 4) from Asia ( currently crown 1).
My current server is North America, but I reached crown 1 in Asia, I am just concerned about the ratings earned till so far. Should I request to customer service for resetting my server from North America to Asia or my Asia ratings can get transferred to North America (my current server).

Thank you, I have watched the Dev Log video carefully then selected my main Server to North America in starting of the season but my ratings got earned under Asia as I was playing with my friends from that server. It was totally okay, but yesterday all of sudden it stopped getting counted under Asia and started to get counted under North America from platinum 4, which is very shocking and sad.

If no reply is delivered within a reasonable time span, your only option is to wait until the punishment automatically expires.
Please do not repeat questions regarding account suspensions, in the Discord server. Contributors, moderators, administrators and the community team are unable to assist with this in any way, nor do they have the ability to lift account suspensions. I am once again contacting you regarding your Midasbuy website. The account creation system is broken. I cannot create an account by normal means (regular account creation, not via Facebook creation).
The error code that is returned when putting in the email verification code is 1099 I believe. It states that the system is busy.
This issue has being going on for at least a week.
Account creation was tested on Apple iOS Safari and PC Microsoft Edge browsers. Also tested with browsers in private and non-private browsing modes.
Please have website developers look into it and resolve it.

Hello, I have a problem accessing my account in the game. I cannot access it. The Facebook account has been closed, and the Gmail account has also been closed, and now I have not been able to access my account for more than 30 days.
If your friend has sent you the RP as gift you can collect that from your in game mail, then going in to your Inventory and use the RP season 16. Wish you good gaming this season.
This problem, the only solution is that Facebook is working so that you can access and play again, in the company's view that your Facebook account is the one that proves the ownership of your account is to start working again or start a new account
Fantastic, thank you for doing so, it would be very helpful for the community team when they review it in #old. As aforementioned in the Dev Log, your data should be transferred to the new server that you select in the future.

Thanks, but I am still confused that will my Asia data (crown 1) will be transferred to North America (Diamond 3) or the customer service will reset my current server (North America) to Asia to continue earning ratings beyond Crown 1.
That is right, we only get one chance to select the RP pack type, which can't get upgraded or degraded further, sorry to hear about that. The sender gets a warning before buying the RP for receiver to make sure the recipient does not have the RP( any of the two types).

I believe your current selected server is North America correct? If so, your final earnings or deduction when completing a match will be counted towards your own server—that is North America—regardless of which server you played on.
