My name is Ansser and this is my ID : 5634861733, i request to manually reconsider the action has been taken on my pubg M account, the automated respond is not helping at my case I'm claiming that i got ban for no reason, i was entering the cheer park to test my controls and resolution then i got ban for 1 day at the same time it transferred to 10 yrs !! , i have never violate any single rule, , please help me to restore my account as soon as possible, im very sure i took the ban unfairly.
