The first image doesn't seem right, it's neither of the colorways you're talking about. But it depends on your style. The rougher suede will look better in some styles, and the oiled leather better in others.

Like others have said, if you just want to see what people in general are wearing, browsing Chinese social media is your best bet. If that's not what you're looking for, you have to be more specific in terms of fashion interests. It's hard to answer your question because "urban street wear" is extremely vague. What are current style trends, what are popular brands, etc. are easier to answer
