VP Refunded
I had a support ticket, and I was talking to an agent about having an issue purchasing something, and then out of the blue the agent decided to just refund the VP I had on my account without me saying to. Anyone here who can help with that? I have the transaction ID and all too. Kinda annoyed because what I wanted is now in my shop and I don't want to have to put more money into it.
