Hello i'm having a lot of trouble trying to install this program. I tried using both boxbuddy and distrobox to install the .deb file in but it doesn't work in either of them. The closest i get is with box buddy which starts running it and then stops, and there's no error message so i can't figure out what i'm doing wrong.
Bazzite PC hotspot issues
I'm on bazzite pc and I've turned on the hotspot however it can only be turned on when it has WEP security as I get the error message "Authorisation supplicant timed out" this occurs whenever I try using WPA2 or any other security that isn't WEP. I'm fairly new to bazzite as a whole so I’m kinda lost lol any solutions and suggestions to get the hotspot running WPA2 would be appreciated.
External Trackpad recognized as Mouse instead of Touchpad
I have just purchased an external trackpad/touchpad and successfully paired it via Bluetooth. The problem is that there's no pointer; it only has scrolling and dragging functionalities. I have also paired it with an Android smartphone, and there the pointer is present.
I ran sudo libinput list-devices and in the Capabilities section, it shows only "touch" and "pointer" is missing. In the bluetooth setting, the touchpad is listed as “mouse”, that's why it doesn't have the pointer capabilities.
Maybe I need to modify the udev rules?...
Gnome login issue
I have a very weird issue when it come to logging into my system. I can enter password once, after that i am being sent back to the login screen but i can not type anything in the password field anymore
I can access terminal through ctrl+alt+f3 login there works fine
Tried rebasing to proprietary Nvidia drivers, issue is the same...

Davinci Resolve: No video or Audio
Just got Resolve installed via ujust install-resolve. Worked great 👍
However whenever I try to import a clip the video portion is missing and the audio is just muted (nothing).
Anyone else with this problem? ...
Enter wifi password

One thing im curious about is I have a Unifi setup with multiple 7 pros, i'm wondering if my NIC is bouncing between the two aps and that is whats causing my headache. I checked the git repo for known issues and I couldn't find anything.

Black screen on boot up
I did a search and did not find a case similar enough to mine or one where the solutions fixed my issue. If I missed one I am sorry please direct me to it and thank you. Hello everyone please help. I just installed bazzite into my acer 18 RTX laptop gnome edition. Whenever I connect HDMI cable, my external monitor (LG 144 hz) goes dark. Please help

Custom flatpak installation [through Warehouse] messed up my previous installation [through Bazaar]
So I've been using MPC-QT from Flathub, which I installed through Bazaar. It is the stable branch. (https://flathub.org/apps/io.github.mpc_qt.mpc-qt)
However, to get a specific feature I had to switch to the developmental branch of MPC-QT, for which there is no entry on Flathub / Bazaar, only a flatpak file on Github. (https://github.com/mpc-qt/dev-builds/releases/download/continuous/mpc-qt-continuous-linux-x86_64.flatpak)
So, I uninstalled MPC-QT on Bazaar, downloaded the flatpak file and thought, maybe I can manually add that to Bazaar, but Bazaar doesn't seem to have that functionality (yet?).
So, I double-clicked it, thinking bazzite would know what to do with it, and sure enough it was picked up by the app Warehouse, and it installed the flatpak.

Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio Pen Support
Hello all!
I own a MS SLS and was considering getting a pen for artistic reasons. I wasn't sure though if complex inputs are supported like pressure and angle. Does anyone have any personal experience with this or some insight they would be able to share regarding this use-case? I am running the Fedora 42 GNOME version of Bazzite for Surface products.

Car X Street Issues
Hey guys I just wanted to check here. The game car x street got a native linux port. I switched to the steam run time instead of proton as instructed and the game ran much better for a while. The issue im having is after a few minutes, the GPU will drop down to 800mhz and stay there. Won't budget. Needles to say this will cause performance issues. The game is unplayable this way. I have a video on YouTube showing the game running on a steam deck with steam os just fine. So my rog should be able to run this just fine. Im assuming this may be bazzite specific.

Games already on d drive
How do i start cyberpunk if I already installed it om my d drive via windows.
Bazzite installed on same drive in case windows update borks the efi bootup for bazzite.
Gog was used to install it on windows.

I set power options to sleep when plugged in if I close laptop lid.

How to add unallocated space to Bazzite on Ally X
I dual booted Bazzite on my ROG Ally X, but everytime I did, there's still 927 GBs of unallocated space. Is there a way to move that space to the Bazzite partition?
