While calculating time taken to reach Q, we should consider velocity of man wrt belt right? So that means time taken = 20/1.5 = 13.33secs
But the answer given is 10secs which we will get if we take velocity of man wrt ground
So why should we take velocity of man wrt ground instead of velocity of man wrt belt...

i tried doing it the normal way for least and then subtrating the cases where G1 and M1 are together i dont get ans

in this problem, why can't we take the height as 2 m while calculating the time of flight for finding umin?
If the take height as 2m then time of flight increases, which overall decreases the horizontal velocity...
