Seve - I've just launched a new version of eval...

I've just launched a new version of eval that doesn't use babel, instead it uses Sucrase. The idea is we could save a lot of bundle size, and the tests pass, but something bad could happen. Let me know if you see any weird behavior!!!!!

@shibo RE: jlcpcb parts engine w/ kicad footprints. We might want to find a way to map kicad footprints to footprinter strings (because that's fairly testable) then find a way to map footprinter strings into JLCPCB package names
