My Pubg mobile account was stolen in this way. My email address was accessed and my connections were stolen. I wrote to the Pubg mobile Türkiye support line. They did not help me except informing me. Please help me.

Am new to gameloop , for the first days i played normally but then lastly i tried played scrims on FaceIt app , after i closed the game and i came back an hour later am surprised to find out that i got banned for 10 years!!!!! all the hardwork and time not to mention my savings i spent on the account is gone for nothing , its frustrating , and whats more frustrating is PUBG not givin' me the exact reason of the ban , please i ask u to reconsider it .

Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension....
