I think someone hacked my PUBG account. They added a two-step verification with their own phone number and email. Because of that, I can no longer access my main account. I tried many different ways to log in, but nothing worked. In the end, they even changed my nickname, and now I can’t get into my account at all.

How can i respond to support?
Do i need to create a new ticket with the message they requested me to respond with? I dont see any reply button for the current support ticket. Thank you for the guidance

Solution:
There are 2 plane animation. One is outside plane animation which called Classic view another is inside plane animation which is call Cabin view. Choose according to your preferences.
Unable to take photo during plane,parachute and landing is intentional....

Hi, The results of Cyber Clash Social event was announced on 12 Sep and it was written on form that rewards can be expected in 30 days and today 30 days have completed and no one got rewards. This thing never happened before. Pubg used to send rewards within 2 weeks . Why this time rewards haven’t sent. Kindly send rewards of this event
