I've been playing the game since 2020, there were replenishments of the game balance in the amount of more than 3k$. my account was stolen and sold and I do not have access to it. My account was hacked through the game, and the hacker linked their own phone number and email to it. I have submitted many complaints, some were rejected via email and through the game’s support. Currently, only one complaint is still being processed.
My question is: I was able to recover the Twitter account linked to my game account, but I am not getting any response from PUBG support.
