My account recovery complaint via customer service email is like this, I have sent a screenshot of the UC purchase from Midasbuy and prime plus invoice subscription, what does customer service mean?
Solution:
It means you need to provide a purchase receipt from the last 6 months, Feb - Jul 2025.

events problem
There is a problem with the events when I click on any event as is clear in the pictures a message appears that it is downloading and when I click again it appears that there is an error in the game try again I have logged out of the game and logged in again but it is no use still the same problem and I deleted the game and installed it again and the same problem is repeated I tried to access support in the game , but there is a problem with the support page appearing as in the last image.

Why is my rank like this?
Why is my rank like this? I climbed up to crown, but suddenly in the next round my rank is back to bronze. I tried deleting and reloading and playing many times, but it still doesn't go back to crown. The rank screen shows crown, but the mode selection screen and end-game time show bronze-silver. The score on the crown rank screen doesn't increase at all, even though I've played many rounds please help😭
Solution:
Your rank and tier doesn't carry over when you change servers. You have a separate rank in each server.
Your rank in Europe server was Crown and since you changed to Asia server, your rank is now Bronze.
You can either keep playing on the Asia server to increase your rank or change your server back to Europe after the cooldown period to keep playing in Crown tier....
2 Month Ban without any violation
My account was frozen for 60 days due to emulator abnormalities and asked me to update my emulator to the latest version although I am already using the latest version of official 32-bit Game loop emulator. When I click on file claim and try to submit, it gives me network error although my network is completely fine. Please resolve this issue as i have never used any third-party emulator and have always used the official Game loop emulator from the official website of gameloop.com
