https://www.answeroverflow.com/m/1393222279848005805 I understand installing game from other source may be suspicious but it does not mean that you come and BAN account permanently, listen i know many people are using hacks and much more to gain benefits of ranking and other things but you guys not banning all people its your loophole that people still using hackx, ijust want you too reduce my ban time its really not fare to ban an account permanently who did not use any kind of hax, please reduce it to 1 year or may be lower because i invested thousands of $ to my account, i hope you understand...

My problem is in download option

When I delete something it gets downloaded automatically even though I have turned off automatic downloads Yes it gets deleted as if it was never deleted and it gets downloaded even without internet as soon as I restart the game pls help 😭 🙏...

Unban Request for PUBG Mobile Account

Hi I need some help regarding my PUBG Mobile account (Username: dWG / ID: 5150596544). It was banned for 10 years about 2 years ago. I believe this ban happened due to actions made by the previous owner, not by me. I have already tried contacting support via email and in-game ticket but haven’t received a clear response. Could someone please guide me on the best way to appeal this ban or what else I can do?...

Hi, I Just got two cars from the transformers event recently and spent 600 lucky vouchers to upgrade my bee dacia until its kill crate. It says I can get back the 600 vouchers by reaching Lv. 2. Can anyone help me understand what this is and how to reach Lv. 2 and get those vouchers rebated? 😟

Yes you can get back the Lucky Vouchers you spent on upgrading your super car's features by increasing your Vehicle Collection Perk level. You can increase your level by owning more super car skins from the same series. You need to own 3 super cars in total, all from the Transformers series, to unlock Level 3 perks and get back the Lucky Vouchers you spent on unlocking Exclusive Rim and Elimination Crate perks....

Recovering an account over 3 years ago

This seems a bit far-fetched, but I really want to have this account (I'm sure anyone in my position would as well). tl;dr, my whole pc was ratted (silly me), and I was force to a position to wipe all information and social media and start over, therefore permanently removing my google and facebook account that has more than 10y of memories and data. This obviously included my PUBG Mobile account that I connect to, and so permanently locking me out of the account. I did not remember a way to link phone number / email during the time (I sound old LOL), but I tried the normal route of going through the record portal and submitting a record. However here is where I got really confused....

If you are talking about your crosshair's position changing, then talking from my own experience, this has always been the case. Your weapon's position changes when you lean peek or crouch and that naturally affects the position of your aim.
