My account got hacked I have all receipts from months ago and when I try to claim account it says suspicious activity do it manually. And when I do manually it says file claim using regular device ? How am I supposed to do that if I rarely play ? I have every proof that it is my own account #pubg-mobile

I got an email that somebody changed my phone number in my PUBG account then I went to login in my account then I seen this text but I don’t have any backup codes or recovery account I went to do recovery for my account but the already disabled my device so it’s tells me that PUBG security team has been restricted my device so I can’t do recovery either then I said I have 7 days I have to hurry up and email the PUBG support team but nobody answer please help me PUBG security team to unlink the phone number and the secondary verification I only have 7 days he gonna changed it anybody esle that could help me it’s my own account PUBG support team trust me
