I am using a esp32 connected to a TF-luna with a BNO connected as well. I am running the sensor and experiencing a delay 3-4 seconds before readings are updated. Is there anyway to fix it.

Help With TMC 2208 Stepper Motor Driver

Hello! So i asked in coding earlier and i tried to rule out any hardware issue with my current project. The long short of it is that right now I'm just trying to get a motor to spin. So far I've had no luck. Driver: TMC 2208...

What is the largest i2c OLED that can be bought, and what resolution would it be:

The largest I was able to find of the (4 pin format) was 1,54 inches, is that the largest?

Solar powered temperature-controlled fan help

Hope I’m not crossposting with this I’ve talked a bit in the main channel about this and I think it’s to the point where I’m probably better off just making a thread on it cause I clog up too much space. An image is attached of my design but it’s a w1209 temp relay controlling a pc fan. Both are powered from the same 12V battery (both rated for 12v btw). The fan runs when the w1209 detects a temperature above 70*F ...

BNO08x IMU Use with Arduino Nano ESP32

I have been brutally struggling to try to figure out how to wire up and program this sensor to this arduino Nano ESP32. I would appreciate some help with a basic code to get continuous signal from the sensor and I am sure that I can figure it out from there but it seems that I can't get the wiring or code to detect the sensor properly. Help with the NRF24L01 Tranciever module

Hello, I'm making an RC Plane with NRF24L01 modules, one is set in TX mode or the controller and the other is set in RX mode for the plane. The RX Arduino NANO has these components: 1. the radio module PCB antenna version, with a 5v-3.3v voltage reducer which uses the AMS something something(I can't remember) 2. 2 9g servos...

ili9488 SPI display not turning on / displaying anything

I'm trying to use an ili9488 tft spi display with an esp32, using platformio and TFT_eSPI. The screen doesn't turn on, and if I connect the backlight to 3v3 it just flashes a bit and then stops. my connections are: ```BL to G32 SDI to G23...

DRV8834 stepper motor driver alternative?

I'm looking to power a tiny 8x9mm 2-phase 4-wire stepper motor in a system which is powered by a 3.7V LiPo. I have a max of 2 outputs from an ATtiny85 to drive it with, but I only need to spin the motor in one direction. I'd like to use something like an A4988 driver board where I can step the motor with only a single output from the microcontroller, but it requires a minimum of 8V on the motor side of things - I only have 3.7. I found the Pololu DRV8834 board which looks like it will do what I want, but it's pretty hard to find, and 10x as expensive as the 4988. Are there any similar low-voltage stepper motor driver boards that are more common / less expensive?...

Barometer won’t work

I have tried an Ada fruit barometer and one other with Ada fruit code but they never work any suggestions or things to check ?

QR code scanner with Arduino Nano ESP32 and OV7670.

Hello guys, I need some help with a work project. I'm new into electronics and I technically never studied it because it wasn't meant to be part of my studies' path, but here I am. What I need to do is to create a QR code scanner that can check if the QR code is considered valid or not (it checks both the QR code and its expiration date, but it's not relevant for the issues I'm having right now). I bought an arduino nano and an OV7670 because I was thinking to store the information about the QR code in an SD, but considering I've never even touched a resistor in my entire life, I wanted to try something else. I bought an arduino nano ESP32 and I've tried looking around the internet about some tutorials and I was so desperate I even asked to AI, but nothing. ...

Q: Does USB Power Delivery usually offer 12VDC @2A / Limiting 15VDC to 12VDC via DC-DC converter

Hey all, electronics newbie here. I have a 12V 720mA led light strip that I want to power via a USB C and I'm running into two problems/questions: Some USB C chargers can give 12V directly, but some can't. 15V is more common. Does anyone know how common it is for USB C chargers to not offer 12V? If I wire it so it gets 15V from the charger, could I also get a DC-DC dimmable step-down converter and cap it so it never gives more than 12V? I'm not sure what the circuit or math would look like, but I imagine that would be possible with a LDD-1000L and a potentiometer and resistor of some sort:

Arduino UNO on COM3 [Not Connected]

Hi guys, I can't connect my Arduino to my computer. The ON light is on, so it has power. The device just doesn't connect. I have a newer Alienware laptop. The device doesn't even show up in the device manager.

MOSI not doing anything on pi pico on bare metal (no sdk)

I am trying to set up SPI to use a SD card module with my pi pico, but no matter what i do it seems like the mosi pin does nothing, the internal loopback works fine but not if i physically bridge the pins.

Playing .wav Files through Teensly

Hello guys, I recently bought a Teensly 4.1, Hailege PAM8403 (amplifier) and corresponding speakers, I wired the speakers to the amplifier, and the amplifier to the teensly, and I was able to play some simple beep sounds, but for more complex sounds, like complete songs or even .wav files, I would probably need a DAC module, since the amplifier I bought doesnt have one, do you guys have any recommendations on what to do now? I am not an expert when it comes to amplifiers / DAC modules
