My game has crashed after installing the "Allow Identical Buildables" mod and placing "DI Flat Wall"
So twice now, twice in a row, I go to Press 2 on my keyboard to pull up the power line and it crashes. I just happen to be streaming when it happened so I was able to record the events. I installed the "Allow Identical Buildables" mod and start building. Then I place the "DI Flat Wall W05" on the wall and when I try to link them by pressing 2 to pull up the electrical line thingy, it crashes.

Kyrium mods (More Swatch Slots) are currently broken following the SML update. They will not be updated until next week. Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION Archipelago mods
I am having a small issue with trying to launch my Satisfactory Client. Whenever i do launch, it will always crash before i get onto the title screen. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, both satisfactory, the mods, and the mod manager multiple times. I have tried removing my old saves, and forcing it to use DX11 and DX12 both options failed, and deleting my configuration file to try to solve the issue.
I can run the game when the mods are uninstalled just fine no issue. I have tried everything a few times changing to experimental and current release for each step. I am currently on current.
The only mods i have currently are Archipelago Randomizer and it's dependencies. I have read the same posts with the same error, none of which have the same problem I am having....

Downgrading The satisfactory mod loader 1.10.0 to 3.9.1 from another post solved this issue.

Solution:
It's possible to use SteamCMD to go back to previous versions of the game. This only works if you own the game on Steam - there is no alternative for Epic. For Epic, you must back a backup of the game files before the update occurs (so turn off auto update to make this easier!)

Even post-RR&D update (and I've tried launching without any of their mods), I'm still getting an immediate crash on launch. Works fine when rolled back to 3.9.1. It also works on my minimal dev profile, so it is just a "conflict" with an un-updated mod somewhere. Usual log vomit attached.

Alright, found a culprit: Factory Skyline is dud. Tried it on its own with just SML, no launch (same stacktrace as the second one above). Seems its already been reported to their GH too (https://github.com/cepheidqq/FactorySkyline/issues/80).

I know this is the kind of messages you see spreading all over but i tried to gather as much info and answers on that subject here and on the web before asking.
SMM is up to date, SML can't update past 3.7.0, trying to update it higher gives a compatibility error, launching the game reports an SML error "plugin not found", i only have this version installed, verified, cleaned and reinstalled game & SMM, still got issues....

Two options, as I see it: 1) If you are sure there is nothing of the old versions left installed, you could close SMM, then remove that installation entirely from SMM (delete
installations.json from %appdata%\ficsit), then restart SMM, which should automatically rediscover the install. Since you only have SML installed, this shouldn't pose any issues. If, following this, it still thinks you're on the old version, you likely do have old content remaining, and will need to progress to option...Out of curiosity? I’m looking at the mod page and I like the mod idea, but I want to know if I can trade modded items with other players assuming they have similar mods to me. Like would I be able to trade Solar panels to someone who has refined power installed or would the game not let me. I would like to know before installing the mod.
SMM Issue
My brother reinstalled Satisfactory on Epic. Now when he launch's his game threw SMM it loads up fine but when he try's to join our server the game say's SMM is not installed. He has tried uninstalling and reinstalling SMM but still the same thing.
Solution:
Ok. I had him delete the mods before. I am havign him reinstall the mods for the server after he restarted the loader. I will let you know if he gets a diffrent message or if it worked.

I play with mods and have the problem that my game crashes every 4 minutes but yesterday it worked fine

Circuitry - Advanced Signs UI too big for screen
Does anyone know how or if you can resize the UI for Advanced sign settings in the Circuitry mod. I'd like to try it, but when I open the UI, all the important stuff is off the side of the screen. I've already adjusted the UI text size down to half of what it is, but that makes no difference.
Extra Paint Finishes can affect equipment color
