Cubic infill scrapes
im having problems as in the pics. infill doesnt adhere. i can also hear that the nozzle is scraping the infill.
z-offset is correct.
i did a flow calibration with this filament

Can't figure out what's wrong. Very poor print quality.
So using the guides over at Ellis, I have confirmed good layer squish. 100mm extrusion length on point. EM set to 0.92 as per the results from my EM test and the top surface is... Acceptable. The PA test gave me a 0.03 result, same as before. I am printing PLA at a measly 120mm/s, and yet the results are a disaster. My infill is terrible and the exterior is just about as bad. And I am pretty sure the EM is still too high even though when I start going lower, I start to get holes in my top layers with 5 layers. Each at 0.2 by the way, with a 0.4mm nozzle.
So what am I missing?
I completely reset my Superslicer today, so the printer profile.is close to stock and the PLA profile is a slightly modified Generic PLA profile based on the Ellis tests....

calibration cube weird defects
i just tried to print a calibration cube, but i get strange defects in x direction. I have already tried slicing the stl with another slicer and placing the cube in a different position on the print bed.
None of this has helped and I still get the same result.
Do any of you have an idea what this could be?...

Trying to print 85A tpu
So I'm trying to print 85A tpu I'm using an lgx lite. rapido uhf, 40mms overall speed, 20 volumetric, no retraction so far, 265C Hotend, e steps are calibrated, dried the filament for 3hours. it looks like undere trusion I'm also not sure why the top layers aren't printed properly

Random clogging?
I'm getting this random behaviour in my prints all of a sudden - I've tried doing all my usual de-clogging techniques but it still does it; is this a clog like I think or could it be something else causing it? 🤔
Also, bonus points if you can tell me why my part cooling fan has randomly started firing up and down for no apparent reason... I've checked the cable and it doesn't appear to be loose/have an intermittent connection...

not adhering to lower layers
Anyone know what causes this? I've been printing fine but for some reason this has started happening 2 prints in a row, with 2 different filaments, by 2 different manufacturers. for reference, I am printing overture and polymaker petg .4mm nozzle, no fan.

extrustion error?
Can anyone help me identify what may be cuasing this? its not on a single layer but going upwards on both sides on the print, which aside from these errors looks good. I have a vcore 500x500. If anyone has a place to start that would be great!

Bridging over infill destroying prints
This has happened on many prints now, lightning infill, and then the next layer on the top rips the infill and then spews like in the picture

PA issue?
So I swapped out the hot end on my SV01 for a Revo Six. I’ve run through the Ellis tuning guide and thought I had the PA set right but maybe not. Is this still a PA issue? This is on PTEG with 0% fan.

too close to bed?
Occasionally getting first layers like this on larger prints. I’m using auto-z so the offset is calibrated each time. Currently no nozzle wiper which I think is causing the issue, where filament leaks from the nozzle and causes the calibration to reduce distance from the bed as the small bit of filament between the nozzle and the Z-endstop increases the difference. This then disappears once printing starts because the filament is gone, so the nozzle just ends up too close to the bed where calibration was inaccurate.
It would be helpful if anyone could confirm this is just being too close to the bed (due to auto calibrated offset) though and not another issue....

Bad Infill
It has gaps and it seems to get rough over time see pic running Sunlu PETG at 230C with 230mm/a infill speed on rapid uhf

RatRig/3DO ASA Green - printing problems on the Bambu Lab X1C
Hello, I received my roll of RatRig/3DO ASA Green - today, immediately made a few test prints and printed a temptower from 260-225°C unfortunately, up to 255°C the layer adhesion was very poor. So I printed it with 260°C although the filament is specified with max. 240°C. I print it on the Bambu Lab X1C with 0.2 layer height, 110°C bed and 260°C Nozzle at ~200mm/s. Does anyone have any idea why the print looks so bad? I am running much better quality with other ASA's, so it must be an adjustment...
[Solved] Gaps in between perimeter sharp turns
How do I get rid of these gaps? This is printed with 0.6mm nozzle, and apparently SuperSlicer doesn't care about these gaps.

lifting?
I'm terribly confused. I've not come across the problem before. It almost looks like it's increasing Z as it prints? Primer blob and outer layer of brim squish pretty good, but gets worse as it prints. That's all supposed to be the same layer.

Speed related artifact
Hello,
Can someone help me with this problem?
I am printing this in vase mode one wall, bottom part is printed at 120mm/s 3000 acceleration,
upper part is printed at 170mm/s with 3000 acceleration.
What would cause this difference in print ? I initially thought it is the belt rubbing somewhere but it seems as it is speed related....

PETG fast printing
I printed this piece vertically since it gave me hard time in any other position.
How can i get rid of those rough edges? Already did some cleanup since there was almost a wall of stringing between the two thinner pieces...

Z banding on abs only.
Hi there. Right now I'm trying to print off parts to change my voron0 to a F-Zero. I've noticed that I get some z banding that starts around holes or other features. I looked around my printer, made sure my lead screws are clean. They look all good but I noticed 2 of my else screw stabilizers (black parts at the top with the bearing) are broken. So I switched my printer over to print petg and started printing. I never got any z banding while printing these. Could it be the part I'm trying to print? My printer is an unsealed enclosure. It's enough to keep the are warm and keep drafts out but it isn't heated. It gets to around 25c at its hottest, running abs for 12 hours.
Any help would be appreciated. I can live with the minor asthetic issues but I would like to improve. Once I've printed these parts, my vcore won't print abs again.
Abs print speed is slow. I've got it set to 100mm/s on external perimeters. Maximum print speed (infill) is around 180mm/s. Width is the nozzle side, 0.4 everywhere. The part printed had 6 walls (the github page recommends this). I run 8k acceleration while printing abs with a max velocity of 300....
Cant get a consistent first layer
Hey All,
I cant see to get a consistent first layer and i seem to be getting a lot of nozzle blobs.
it also seems like it doesnt want to stick to the bed, i've cleaned the bed and still get the same results....

Wavy Corners
Hey all!
I'm currently facing some strange imperfections at the corners of my prints. PA was turned off during that print, so that should not be an issue.
Material is PLA from PWS....
