Unsolveable version mismatch after reinstall 2.0 vs 2.1?
I started doing some long overdue updates 2.0, in the logs it said a reflash of the mcu might be required after the updates. Indeed there seemed to be a problem since nothing of klipper worked anymore afterwards and neither did automatically/manually flashing it...
So i did a complete reinstall of rpi and clean setup. I got the version mismatch during setup (see picture) and reflashing it does not solve it.
I decided to ignore it and continue, everything also seemed to work until i try to home it initially. I get an error that the axis should be homed before homing?? (see picture) Setting center kinematic position and everything works fine afterwards.

I'm running into some issues with my V-Core 4 500 and could use some advice. I'm dealing with gantry twist and bed mesh inconsistencies, which are affecting my first-layer quality.
On the assembly phase, we did use a water level to align the 3030 extrusions, but the result is always incorrect according to the sensor. Has anyone else dealt with this on a V-Core 4 500? Any tips or guides to adjust the frame? ...
Printing paused or how to disable clog detection
Hello everyone,
I'm currently trying to print the skew_calibration but am already failing to do so. When I start the printing it pauses randomly, sometimes after a few lines or right after the prime blob. I recognized that the sensor flashes yellow briefly before changing to green and then pausing. When I force him to continue he unloads the filament.
I enabled debug and it seems to be the clog detection. I tried to disable it in the printer config. but it has no effect.
Did I do something wrong or is there any other possibility do disable it....
Extruder Temperature Destabilization
Hello, I have run into a bit of an issue. During printing, the temperature starts to fluctuate, eventually exceeding the verification range, and erroring out. When I simply set the extruder to the same temperature, it holds it rock solid (+/- 0.5C), even with the fan on.
Here is my override, as I have the rapido 2.0 non-PT1000.

New IDEX 500 pre-build problems and need help to decide what to do
So I received today a IDEX 500 that has been prebuild for my business.
At first sight the machine looks good, also I don't need the most perfect graphs, the machine needs to be a workhorse and needs to be reliable.
But when we (me and my team) looked deeper into it we found problem after problem. And I want to know if this is fixable.
I have contacted the seller and I'am waiting for his reply but I want to be prepared if I need to put in effort to fix it....
extruder temperature drops unexpectedly

I have a problem with my CoreV4 500 IDEX.
At higher temperatures, around 240°C in the extruder, the temperature drops and the printer shuts down. On suspicion, I swapped the temperature sensor from the right extruder to the left. Unfortunately, there was no change. I have also performed PID calibration several times without any change.
The point at which the temperature sensor fails is always different, but it never makes it past the first layer....
Update path crowsnest
I followed the comissioning guide and I got my VCore 4 Idex running with T0. But now I get these warning messages and I cant do the Idex Comissioning. I think something is wrong because in the Update Manager there is no crowsnest option and the warnings mention that. Did I do something wrong?
A little help setting up the vaoc on my vc4 please. getting error 'has no attribute 'z_offset_probe'
Getting the above error massage when trying to calibrate the VAOC. If anyone is able to shed some light on this I'd really appreciate it. Many thanks
