metal "klunking" noise and seemingly loosing steps
I wanted to print the skew calibration test and in the beginning it went well but after like a minute I startet ro hear some metal "klunking" sound seemingly coming from the linear rails and it also seems like it lost a few steps. I have no clue what happened because the initial Z offset calibration print went without any problems. I have no idea what could have caused this other than a problem with the linear rails so I think its more fitting here than in fix-my-print.
Random "Error during homing (....): Communication timeout during homing" at start of prints and VAOC
I have had a lot of random errors when I start prints. It can be on X, Z or beacon (never had it on y), I see no pattern on what or why this happens. It can happen anytime from the first homing of xyz - to the last homing before printing.
I'm then not able to start the print again until I restart the printer. If I use emergency stop to to this (easy one click to reboot(reset everything) and start the print again, it will start the print (after doing this 1-5times). Nothing has been changed during this process to start the print.
I can do all kinds of homing outside of prints without any problems, and have tried homing zyx and z-tilt before starting print without any luck. I found some other treads about this, but no solution to my problem....
Solution:
I found an earlier post on lowering resolution on my cameras, and this seems to work for me. I haven't had any problems for a week after lowering the resolution to 640x480
Trouble understanding head selection and temp settings in Mainsail using Orcaslicer
Hi everyone, and thank you for any help on this. I have created a temp tower to print using T1 and it is printing using the correct head. My question is about Mainsail and extruder heating. Initially T0 and T1 came up to temp BUT now T0 is dropping in temp for the temp tower, T1 is stuck at 230deg C, just backwards and weird. T0 shouldn't even heat if not being used to print. I followed the Orcaslicer setup putting in all of the gcode for an IDEX printer and filament. Any ideas? Thanks!
Zero Division Error
Anyone know where to locate the zero variable for this gcode_macro? I get a _beacon_apply_runtime_multiplier zero division error when trying to use beacon_contact_z_tilt_adjust.
vcore4 hybrid flashing issue
i am trying to flash my boards since i changed to a hybrid and still trying to follow commission but it wont accept the flashes and just keeps saying it does flash then says wrong version. i have tried dcu for both but nothing is taking. am i screwed and have another bad part from my order?
lost communnication with MCU 'toolboard_t0'
during long printing i often come across this problem, 1 or 2 days after the start of the print having to throw away everything...
i thought this may happen because of a loose usb-c connection, however i have zip tied it pretty well...
Frequent Issue - MCU 'mcu' shutdown: Timer too close
This Issue (shown in pictures) happens pretty frequently.
