Perfect resonance bad belt tension
Can someone help me tune the belts?
If I adjust the tension so the two peaks are in the same spot my gantry will rack.
If I adjust the belts so the gantry is square I get these results.
And no matter how I adjust them I never get 4 peaks(2 by 2) I only get 1 peak with both tensions....
How bad are these and where should I start?
I am assuming I have belt issue due to that middle peak. Trying to figure out reading these graphs. Where should I start.
fixing belt tension on a VC3 500
high guys my lower belt tension seems odd compared to the upper and in turn my Y graph looks amazing and my x graph not so great, any advice before i tighten or loosen the wrong belt?
I really wish I knew more about this
Anyone want to help me out trying to figure this one out? I look at this and go is this good or bad?

Hi All! Trying to sort my newly built VC500 and have managed to get nice looking shaper graphs with an accelerometer mounted to the back of the carriage. However when I mount it to the nozzle I get a horrible x graph and my power spectral for x and y increase by more than double. There is no play in the hot end, but it does flex when I apply force to it. I think the increase in the power spectral density can be explained by the lever effect? but I cant work out where the other peaks on X are com...
resonance spikes on new carriage
I have fitted a new modded printhead into my v-core 3 400 and have been trying to tension belts properly but having problems to succeed on it. Has anyone have any idea on what this could be? Any help is welcome.
Help me understand what my Input Shaper graphs are telling me
First of all, unlike most people here I'm using Duet hardware with RRF, so these graphs will be different but hopefully someone can still intemperate them and get something out of it.
The image with an maximum amplitude of 0.030 is without any IS active, the other is with "ZVDD" on at 56Hz.
Can someone read something from these graphs?...
strange horizontal Y pattern
I have a strange pattern in horizontal y, will it be related to the graph on “Y”?
I know that the horizontal pattern is due to the overlapping of the fill, ignore that, I mean the horizontal pattern.

thanks to RatOS 2.0 i tested the linear movement analysis plugin and noticed very high vibrations on my Y axis.
I believe this causes a wavy pattern on my prints, which are only on Y sides....
I think I'm ok?
I do have questions on the Frequency responses graph as to which line is the y and x and also, which belt is even considered y and x on the V-Core 3?
