Pc Optimization

Hi, I bought my pc to play val and do some light editing clipping. I know nothing about pcs so i had some friends at the time help me select the components and purchased it off Digital storm. Ive had it since 2023 now. I've had some issues with it over time and its very likely due to user error on my part. No idea what im doing. I know how to update drivers using the websites but i have to flip the power switch and then turn the pc on with the button any time i shut it down and need to power it back on again. Someone told me i should check on the bios. Not sure what it means. Right now my frames are skipping on val bad and i dont want to fuck too much with it because clearly dont know what im doing. ...

crash dump error(again)

everytime im loading i get the crash dump message but sometimes it lets me in and when im in the range it crashes, i also just got a new gpu if that is a problem

CAN'T LOG IN anywhere

Hi I am encountering a huge problem these weeks. I could stream valorant anymore due to the issue. I usually play with no problems but sometimes I couldn't log in at all. I also tried to contact support but I can't log in even through the browser. It doesn't even say that the details given are wrong but it loads endlessly. I have enough storage, good WiFi, reinstalled the game, updated all my pc components, restarted my pc checked that vanguard is not tweaking. What can I do or how can I contact the support since again, I can't use the usual way.....

Permanent suspension (banned my mistake)

Recently, when I back home from work, I saw permanent ban on my account. Someone got access to my account and played with third party tools (cheats or scripts or hacks I don't know) So my account was permanently banned. Someone got access because I had 2FA turned off. After ban I turned on 2FA and changed my password immediately. My IP addresses are located in one city. I already created tickets to get unbanned, because I'm innocent, I would never use cheats or something because it doesn't make any sense. I hit immortal rank in ep 5, ep6, ep 9, why should I use cheats? For what? I would never risk all the money and effort I put into my account, I said that in my previous tickets, but Riot support staff don't want to hear me. I asked for check IP addresses when I got banned and compare to mine, I also said that I can play on other accounts, because I don't have HWID ban, person who got access to my account got banned by HWID for 120 days I think, but this person is not me, or how can I play on other accounts if Riot support team tell me every time that I'm the one who got banned by HWID? I don't have ban by HWID. I've played valorant since 2021 and met my GF, met a lot of friends, spend a lot of money during my gaming period, it's not just account to play, it means life to me. Can someone help ?...

Ultra wide is not working.

when i go into settings its window 3440x1440 and the fill option i cant pick and have balck bars on the side, when pick my 2ns screen which is a normal screen and fills the whole sceen, how do i fix this is 2025 not 2000 lol

Did My HWID Ban Get Extended? Need Assistance

Hey there, Back in early November 2024, I received a hardware ban (HWID ban) in Valorant. I didn’t play the game after that. But about a month later, I accidentally launched the game and ended up playing one match with a new account (I know, that was a huge mistake)....

Voice and text chat issues

Randomly my Voice chat and text chat get disconnected mid game. No Internet error, no game reopening jsut randomly when Im talking it disconnects and then I have to sit there wait for it to be fixed (usually takes 5-6 rounds before it comes back but if i rejoin a party it gets fixed for only party)
