Hi guys, i've been trying to play val for like 3 weeks but the game is freezing on the loading screen, dos anyone know how to solve it?
Cant enter match or change gamemodes
Everytime i try to change gamemodes, only the sound que plays and i cant even any match, iv restarted my pc and re logged into my account and even tried to change servers - what do i do?

I was hacked, and the hacker was using 3rd party programs. Last time I played ranked I was Bronze 1 but the night I was hacked I got up to Bronze 3. Ive been trying to submit a ticket to riot support lately and its been a few weeks and ive kept trying and nothing has came back to me.
