stuck on loading screen (waylay screen) after I installed the game

I got new pc yesterday so I installed all the drivers then valorant, secure boot is enabled, and the valorant still stuck on the waylay screen I tried reinstalling and nothing changed. Im considering reinstalling windows so please if someone can help.....

Val website not working

My val kept doing that thing where it asks for a system restart and no matter how many times you do it doesnt fix it, after i finally fixed it it began doing error code 57 (vanguard not initialized) tried everything and nothing worked, finally decided to uninstall and reinstall and i can no longer access specifically valorants website. hwid banned on new pc

hi does anyone know why im getting HWID banned for cheats when i've never downloaded valorant cheats in my life, ive been hardstuck plat and recently got HWID banned for 120 days due to "cheating". 2 weeks later I buy pc parts to replace my HWID ban and i wiped everything off my pc and redownloaded valorant.
