Solution: change disk partition style to GPT, change bios mode to UEFI, enable Secure boot and update TPM firmware.
Valorant account locked after "using 3rd party software"
my account got locked for using 3rd party software but like I never used the account for a long time so like how could I even cheat in an account that I barely went active on? how can I get it unbanned

sm1 tried hacking my main email "and maybe tried with valorant account too" so i secured the account , when i tried logging in i got this message , i tried logging to the support page but it was bugged it wont even take me to the login , so i came here . so by 'temporarily'how much do they mean? and can i just wait or is it necessary to go through the support?
False suspension / ban
Hello, I have a problem with a false suspension/ban and I would like to talk to a Riot Employee about this.
My account has been active since episode 5 and I have over 1.5K$ worth of valuables in my account. I have never encountered any kind of issue on this, but I was just recently banned for third party software and I have not had a problem since now.
I had played 11 games earlier and had no issue (I am on a current winstreak) and nothing had happened until after I got on again. If it helps, It said I was offline when I was very clearly in a game, and my friend pointed it out too. I really need help.
