Account hacked, Support refusing to help

False Banned my account

Hello About 9 months ago my account was banned for cheating I didn't do any cheating in the game and I had just created my account and had just reached level 26. Round swap - Maybe a bug?

I'm not sure if it's a bug or if it's something I can fix, but when the round swaps it does not let me buy anything, move, open any tabs or do literally anything until the last 2 seconds when the combat report disappears, and no, you can't interact with that either, it has happened to me and my friends so I believe it may be a bug (?) but if theres a way to fix it I'd appreciate that p.s. in the last 2 seconds you can buy and do everything like normal, so it's usually fine for buying just annoying as sentinel to position iykwim...

Guys, what’s the best way to get wintraders banned? I submitted a report ticket and received a response, but the player is still active and continues wintrading. I have a lot of evidence and multiple games showing that he is wintrading and selling matches. What should I do?

Voice chat audio not working PS5

I have my audio turned all the way up and I don't ever have anyone muted, I can even see people speaking as their names light up and show that they're talking but I can never hear them. People can hear me as far as I'm aware but I can just never hear anyone else and I don't understand why?

Game crashes

my game crahes after a while , and ive a good pc (i5-12k , rx 580 8gb , 32 gb ram ddr4) but still game crashes like , it stucks and my screen becomes grey and gives sound even i wait it continues so ive to restart everytime and i get 400+fps above so i dont think ive problem with my pc ?
