Sudden High Ping Issue. HELP ! ! !

Hey everyone, I’ve been playing Valorant consistently with a stable 30–40ms ping, and everything’s been smooth until recently. Today I logged in and every single server region is showing over 200ms, including the ones I usually play on Frankfurt. It’s literally unplayable like this. Nothing changed on my end ;;;; same setup, same ISP, everything. Is anyone else experiencing this? Or does anyone know what could be causing it? This game is so weird sometimes.. Would appreciate any help or insight 🙏...

I got hwid banned without reason

Hello guys. I got banned like a week ago or something and I don't know why. I don't think I need to say for the 100th time that I've never used anything in my life just a random ban I was chilling and got disconnected mid game. I tried to reconnect and I had the van 152 error. And now all I want is someone that can help me with this because I made around 30 tickets but never got a proper answer why I got banned. Ty for your time.

Game graphic looks weird

After the last update done some hours ago, Val's graphics looks so weird, like something is messed up with gamma or else. Are my eyes gone or is there really something wrong? or there is any setting that changed after the update? (New player)

Ping issue

So when I'm in my home wifi which is 40mbps upload and download, valo is at 30-40 ping , Now when i have to play the game with my mobile data hotspot, the ping is a constant 90-100 , my mobile data is like 150-200 mbps download but 10-15 mbps upload, is this the fault of the upload speed or is there any way to fix the 100 ping

false hwid ban for third party software

i received a hwid ban on my brand new pc that I bought around two months ago. Whats strange is that my main account which Ive played over 400 games on was not banned only the account I was using at the time got hit with the ban and ofcourse i didnt used any of third party software...

Account recovery related

Hey guys, i have a question, prob gonna sound like a paragraph. I had lost access to my valo account due to some mischievous/malacious bypass, leading to changing the email address associated with my account. I ran to the account recovery option and got access back and logged out of everywhere. I changed password and is back to my email account. Now im wondering if there is anything else which i should do to make sure its back to me? Ie the other guy doesnt have access to it anymore. As to confirm, when i check my account details are fixed (as far as i checked everywhere) and proper. Things done so far :...

Vanguard/BIOS/UEFI

I am new to valorant and just downloaded the game and was able to play several matches. But now it won't let me play. It says something about Vanguard or BIOS or UEFI. I am not familiar with those terms. Tried searching online but the BIOS setting in the videos are different to mine. I have restarted my computer several times and still cannot play. Please help.
