new update problem

Riot Account Email

Hi, I made a new Riot Account to install Val and realized I had an old one from years ago with the same email. I never verified the email on the old account, but I'm trying to connect the email to the new account and it's telling me I can't because it's still attatched to the old one. "Google Sign-In is already connected to another account. If you wish to connect this sign-in disconnect it from the other account." However, when I try to log into the old account via email, I can't unlink the email from there. I don't need the old account, I never touched it. Is the solution to request the old account be deleted? My fear is that the old account is deleted and I still can't link the email to my new account. Could someone guide me what to do here? Thank you!...

False Ban (Can Provide any Information Needed to prove it’s my account)

Hello, I have had my account compromised and banned for about 10-12 months now and am trying to make an effort to get myself unbanned. If any riot employee sees this if it’s possible to have brief conversation because I genuinely need help and have no one to ask. To start off I have never cheated in a video game at all and don’t condone any type of unfair advantages. I have been looking in and at my tracker snd seen that someone on my account played 60+ games with someone I’ve never even heard of. This person was definitely form a different country than me and now my account is lost which I have spent 100s of dollars on and I genuinely am upset. It is unclear to me because my league of legends account which I actively play on is not banned at all for cheating just my valorant account. It would strike me as confused because I would assume that Riot Vanguard would also ban my league account because if my pc really had cheats it would be detected for that aswell. ...

Solution:

C:\Riot Games\VALORANT\live Right click Valorant Properties Compatibility Uncheck all of the boxes...

FPS dropping on my PC

valorant not loading

Valorant freezes the pc after reopening it

My problem is whenever i reopen valorant, my pc freezes on the main menu, and if i didnt reopen valorant, i simply cant shutdown, or restart the pc, it gets stuck at the restart/ shutdown panel as shown in the video Any help? Im struggling only with valorant the pc works fine in game and in general if i dont run valorant on it...
