Help UEFI secure boot

I need help, I went into my bios to fix the problem but when I did and tried to exit, it wouldn’t let me out. I’ve tried unplugging, resting, turning off my pc but it won’t let me out of my bios unless I have legacy on.

I made 2 account and got banned on both of them first it blow up a error 5 telling me that i violated the rules and when i press quite i got permanently banned for using thirty party software (scripting) i decided to reinstall windows and flash my bios and made new account reaches lvl 8 and then kicking me from the game telling me the same scenario

Very high ping suddenly
