Heroic Launcher is not getting GOG library data (Error code 502)

Installed the launcher on my Steam Deck and logged into GOG. It is not pulling the games library data and shows an error code 502. I tried uninstalling the program, logging in and out, and disabling wifi. I also tried using the launcher on my windows PC and it is having the same issue with error code 502. I have attached the logs from my Steam Deck.

Logged in but the launcher is throwing 403 error

Fallout 3 GOTY cloudsync EGS <-> Heroic mismatches.

I'm having some puzzling behaviour getting savegame syncing between EGS on Win7 and Heroic on PopOS with Fallout 3 GOTY, (running Wine-GE-Proton8-13). some of the savegames sync over but not all of them. I can include log files but it's mostly messages about no savegames matching the filter....

Possible to import entire library?

For some context, my (GOG) library is installed on a separate SSD exclusively for games by Minigalaxy. I'd just like to point HGL to my games SSD and not have to manually assign every game's installation directory. Is this possible? If not, is it possible to "trick" HGL by using symlinks?...

Import game time?

I use Minigalaxy for installing my gog games (only library of games on my Linux PC) and only use Lutris for playing because it tracks time. (Lutris is okay but it has a crap ton of extraneous features and integrations I don't care about. I just discovered HGL and would like to give it a try because it seems more suited to what I want in a launcher.) Does anyone know if it is possible to "import" the play time of my games from Lutris into HGL? (I don't have a Lutris account, I simply use the app "offline".)...

heroic coming in with odd color wash on steam deck after update

After the recent update to heroic it seems to change the color in steam deck OS. It looks fine on the desktop side but color washes everything including games running through heroic. Any idea how to correct this? I removed and added heroic back but it doesn't seem to clear it up. I haven't had any update to the steam deck for several days only had the update today from heroic

Escape from Monkey Island (Amazon) cannot find files

Hello everyone! I am new here (and new using Discord) so I hope I'm doing this right (if not, please excuse me and kindly tell me how to improve). I have installed the Amazon version of Escape from Monkey Island that was free many months ago usign the Heroic launcher on my Intel Mac (I just clicked on "Install" and agree to every default option). When I click Play, the game never loads and I only get a window titlted "Could not find any files" with the text "Please make sure that the game is properly installed and that the CD is in your drive". I've search the web for that error and some people say it is solved by installing the files directly to the C: drive, but I don't know how to do that on Heroic. So, I kindly request help....

Refuses to load past 'Play now' on Mac M2

Hi, I've been trying to open Hogwarts Legacy on my mac and whenever i press 'launch' it takes me to 'play now' and when i tap it, it says 'launching' before going back to right back to 'launch' , im really new to GPTK and windows layers

Xbox Controller in Heroic Launcher on Steam Deck

I am very often using my steam deck docked on my tv with my xbox controller. But when i open Heroic game launcher, i cannot easily navigate the UI. it is always skipping one out of two button. if i am on library and go down, it will go to setting, skipping stores, then manage accounts skipping download etc... it does this in every option and menu including the library and the same thing happen if i use the joystick or the d-pad. i have noticed this since a couple of version and update to 2.11.0 today, and the problem is still there. Steam Deck latest stable version Heroic 2.11.0...

Rogue Company: Playing... Nothing

Two problems: 1st, is I tried to launch a game, it said it was running, but it wasn't. 2nd, after I updated everything from Flat, I try to launch a game, it flashes "Playing", then dies. I'm on Linux Mint 21.2 I have included both relevant logs, in proper order....

Does Steam alter user document location?

Hello, I finally got some time to play my Witcher 2. I have noticed a strange behavior. In order to play the game with Steam controller, I have to run it via Steam (added via heroi to Steam). When I launch the game via Steam, I can't import the savegame from W1 (looked into prefix and saw that documents are symlinked to their user folder equivalent, so I put the W1 folder there. But when I start the game via Heroic without steam, it does see the savegame and I am able to load it: (shot one - Steam - unable to load save, shot two - no steam - load save)...
