Steam Deck controller doesn't work in Game Mode for games added to Steam by Heroic

I tried Death Stranding, which had been working but stopped at some point, and Tunic which is a fresh install, both from Epic store.

Fall Guys unsupported Cloud saves

I understand that Fall Guys does not support cloud saves, but does that mean the game itself does not support cloud saves, or does the Heroic Games Launcher client not support it?

Unable to use obs-vkcapture for HGL games.

I'm trying to use the obs-vkcapture wrapper for HGL games. In Steam, this is done by simply adding obs-vkcapture %command% in the launch options, but I don't know the equivalent for this in HGL, if there is one. I tried adding obs-vkcapture as a wrapper in the game's advanced options, but that just causes the game to exit immediately.

Solution:

exe": "obs-vkcapture

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'obs-vkcapture'

We are running inside a Flatpak container...

Epic games are not starting

I have tried launching a couple Epic games and they just don't start for some reason. https://0x0.st/8d5t.log here is the log file for Ape Out. On GOG the games launch fine. its seems to be a problem with Epic...
