Dead Island 2 - Apple M1 Pro - can't run the game

Not letting me open overlay menu

When playing rocket league on heroic (steamdeck) the overlay menu wont open, noise still sounds so guessing opens in background. Any ideas? Only way to fix close game ingame

Uplay games stuck in "logging in"

I can't launch Watch Dogs through Heroic. I have the game on Epic Games Also, the game stops working after a while when I have "verbose logs" or "offline mode" enabled....

Captcha fails on Epic store order (SteamOS/Deck)

Heroic not launching

Tried reinstalling the flatpack as per the pinned post, launcher doesn't start at all OS is Fedora KDE plasma

Solution:

JUST REMOVE THE SYMLINK FROM THE HOME FOLDER

Errors when using ge-proton 10-1 in Heroic

Solution:

Update: reinstalling proton seems to fix , i think i had a corrupted installation

Dead Island 2 Reflection Artifacts

I get extreme Artifacts when I play the game, I've already gone through the ProtonDB fixes people used and tried multiple Wine/Proton versions also running it through Steam directly. I also tried lowering every setting there is but funny enough it just get worse and my FPS tank to oblivion. I'm running a RX6750XT with a Ryzen 5 5500 and 32GB on EndeavourOS. Dead Island 2 stuck on 'Getting download size' and 'Getting install size'

I got dead island 2 for free via epic games this week, tried installing it but its stuck (as u can see in screenshot). Other games like calisto protocol get their download sizes to show up and even begin the download. System specs: M2 Macbook air 8gb Sonoma 14.7...

epic game store - Login not possible

I have not been able to login to Epic Store under - Stores for a few months now. Every time I try it says Incorrect response. Please refresh the page. Lutris still works, but I have always prefered to run Epic and GOG games in Heroic. I saw in a different post to try log in / manage accounts screen in heroic and there should be 2 Epic login options. Where is this in the flatpak Heroic version? I am using 2.16.1 I am not finding this.

Solution:

Its not specifically heroic it may be some issue with your network or isp that makes heroic's connection attempts fail

Steam required!

I have 2 games that lat me not playing, then its not startet from steam. I have game installed with Steam, and started with Heroic. Game start wirh GE-Proton, with normaly proton start not really a Unity game Exist a fix for that?...

Interference with discord

For some reason whenever i have discord and a heroic game open on steam deck discord goes black and then crashes when i try to tab back to it. Discord also appears as a window within heroic (in the steam overlay menu) any ideas?

Solution:

I think probably the issue is discord needs gpu time and in game mode steam os only gives it to the game

Honkai Star rail saying not enough space

this is from epic. when i install the hoyo play launcher it works then when i try to install the actual game it says only 7 gb available when i have well over 300 gb available

Battlefront 2 refuses to start.
