Does distant horizons prevent chucks that from ever changing due to a future minecraft update?
Complimentary Shaders 5.5.1 compatibility on Forge 1.20.1
Is there a way to get the current public release of Complimentary Shaders (5.5.1) to work with DH? From what I'm reading, the private beta 5.6.x builds on their patreon work, but those are paywalled.

Aha, I think I found it.
Palladium is an incompatible mod. Removed and it works now....Modded fluid appearing completely transparent / not having an LOD.
Hi, I'm having an issue where a custom fluid does not generate an LOD, appearing as empty space. Does something need to be specified in that mod itself for custom fluids to work with DH?
Solution:
Sorry, I'm just stupid and forgot to add a blockstate definition for the fluid, so it had no "top" texture to load.

Bliss/Shaders make my game go blackish except for sky and some light spots

Circular hole in clouds
Heyo, my friend is having this weird issue where clouds wont render in a large circle near him. I dont know if he has some weird setting or something but I tried helping a bit.
He is using Complementary 5.5.1 with Unbound clouds and euphoria patches 1.6.8

Textures break on world load
Whenever I load a world or join a server with DH installed, a static effect appears on the whole game, it persists even when leaving the world

LODs don't render anymore on server
Me and some friends bought a deticated server to play on and installed distant horizons. At first it generated LODs while we were finding a base location but now it doesn't render any new ones at all unless we explore a chunk first ourselves. Is there a fix to this?
I've tried generating them with the pregen command but all the LODs are missing long stripes of rendered chunks...
DH getting stuck in the view before dimension change?
When I go through a nether portal either way OR dimensional Doors OR End portal, the last thing I was seeing before going through is projected on my screen.
-Version 2.3.4-b
-Turning off LODs will make this go away
-coming back does not fix it. I will still see the last thing I saw before transitioning dimensions
-relog fixes it...
Lag w/ DH
Requesting help. Following some methods to remedy lag in my game while using DH, Found that DH is actually causing severe lag. When removed, game functions fine. However, if there is a way around this, any help is appreciated
How do i know if the mod is creating LODs in a hosted server?
i have a server that im trying to run with distant horizons, however i havent seen any messages regarding ETAs of chunk LODs being generated, i have the mod correctly installed in the server with Fabric (afaik), is there some setting i would need to change for the LODs to be generated? its an older server too and im far from the spawn area
can vanilla client join fabric server with distant horizons
me and my friends are on a server and some people have dh and some people are running the vanilla game. i want to have dh on the server. will the vanilla people be able to join the server? They don't need dh features they just need to be able to join.

aliased beacon beams
hey, been loving seeing beacons from other people pop up in the distance, but they're always flickering in and out because they're too small and aliased. i'd like to anti-alias them somewhat, but it looks like (at least on 1.28.1) this is only doable via a shader, which either changes too much from vanilla, or breaks DH in some way. any ideas for what I could do here? thanks!

DH Chunk Generation conflict with normal chunk
I use ComplementaryReimagined and even without the shader it's messy

DH generates the wrong chunks.
You can see the difference in the image. This is on an older server map where all of these chunks have already been generated. So DH should be reading the chunk block data already present, right? But instead it thinks these are empty chunks and it's using new (modded terrain) world generation to make the LODs.

Chunk Issue
I've read some of the issues on this page, I should note I have Noisium and Faster Random already installed.. What else can I do?

The server gets 10gbs of ram and 8 cpus.
